These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and c77 ("c77", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at c77.bio. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the c77 platform — including its sportsbook, casino, card games, and any associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. c77 reserves the right to request identity documentation, age verification, and proof of address at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

To use c77's paid services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and management:

• You may hold only one (1) active account on c77 at any time. Creating duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. c77 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• You must notify c77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to, or use of, your account.
• Account registration is personal. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your c77 account to any third party.

c77 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT. The following terms govern all financial transactions on c77:

• All funds deposited into your c77 account must originate from a payment source legally registered in your name. c77 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
• Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited to your c77 wallet instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer timelines vary by financial institution.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, subject to the processing times of the receiving financial institution.
• c77 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks, including source-of-funds verification, before processing withdrawal requests where required by its operating framework. This may involve requesting supporting documentation.
• Any deposits made to c77 are final and non-refundable once wagering activity has commenced, except in circumstances of verified technical error on the part of c77.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed within your c77 account dashboard. These thresholds are subject to periodic review.

By placing bets or participating in any game on c77, you acknowledge the following:

• All bets are placed at your own risk. c77 does not guarantee any outcome, return, or profit from any bet or game played on the platform.
• Bets once confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed except in circumstances expressly provided for in c77's sport-specific or game-specific rules, which are published within each respective section of the platform.
• c77 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error (including pricing errors), placed after the relevant event has concluded, or placed in circumstances that c77 reasonably determines constitute abuse of the platform or its pricing systems.
• All RNG (random number generator) games on c77 use certified and independently audited random number generation systems. Live dealer games use physical equipment operated by trained dealers in certified studios. c77 makes no representation that any strategy or system will yield consistent profits.
• Cricket betting markets, including PSL odds, are governed by c77's Cricket Betting Rules, available within the sportsbook section of the platform. In-play (live) betting markets are subject to additional latency conditions disclosed at the point of bet placement.

c77 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are displayed alongside each offer at the time of activation. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonus funds must be distinguished from real-money funds in your c77 wallet until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with c77's platform in any manner not expressly authorised.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or the use of stolen payment credentials.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Providing false information during registration, verification, or at any other point of interaction with c77.

All content on the c77 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, text, game content, and data feeds — is the exclusive property of c77 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the c77 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any c77 content without express prior written consent from c77.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, c77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the c77 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from platform downtime, technical faults, or connectivity issues. c77's aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you into your c77 account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits c77's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by c77's own negligence.

c77 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. The platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. c77 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly) — configurable from your account settings.
• Session time limits — receive automatic alerts and session terminations after a defined period of play.

• Cooling-off periods — temporary suspension of your account for a defined period at your request.

Upon account closure for cause, c77 reserves the right to withhold or forfeit account balances where they are associated with activity that breaches these Terms. Account closures not attributable to player misconduct will result in the return of unencumbered real-money balances to the player via their registered payment method.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which c77 operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of c77 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies designated by c77's applicable operating licence.
